Brag Book Bonanza Inspiration Challenge!

We invite all of our Guild members to join us in this fun challenge! Use the December 2009 Guild kit "Season of Delight*" to create one or more 7x5 brag book layouts. Save the layout as a .png file, upload a sample to the Guild challenge gallery and send the full-res file to Debb Cozzi at: debbcozzi at digitalscrapbookartisanguild dot com by Monday, December 28.

We will assemble all of the layouts into one FANTASTIC brag book and send a download link to everybody who has participated in the challenge. This is such a fun way to share our talent with each other AND receive a fantastic album to preserve all of our holiday photos and memories.

*To honor TOU's please make sure that you use ONLY the Guild kit in this project.

November Brag Book Bonanza

Each month we invite Guild members to help us build a brag book using the current Guild kit. This month we are using the October Guild Kit, "Whisper of Autumn"

To participate in this fun bonanza create one or more ready-made .png file brag book layouts. We are using a new size format we this time around, it is 6x4. Post a copy of the layout in the Guild Challenge Gallery and email the 300 dpi .png copy to Guild CT Member WVSandy (email address can be found HERE.) At the end of the month everybody who contributes a page will receive a download link with ALL of the brag book layouts that have been created this month. With the holidays coming up this is a great way to get a jump-start on brag book presents for your family!!

Think Pink Week at the Guild!

Yes, it's officially Think Pink Week at DSAG!!!!  So what is Think Pink?!?!?!?

Think Pink is our time to celebrate the successes and mourn the losses due to breast cancer. It's the time to play advocate and put out information about breast cancer and what you can do to help yourself others!!! And we have the opportunity to make a difference towards eradicating this horrible disease.

This week Fran and Sayo will be having challenges!

Monday - Amy will have a chat - 10 pm EST in the Chat Room.

Tuesday - Christine (Whisper Pink) will have a template challenge - 10 pm EST in the Chat Room.

Wednesday - I will have an informational and advocacy chat. I will be cajoling people to get their mammograms. If you have ever heard my story, you will know why!!! 10 pm EST in the Chat Room

Thursday - Breast Cancer Bingo!!!! 10 pm EST in the Chat Room.

There might be a prize or two along the way, so check in often!!!!

Creative Color Challenge

This month Guild Member Sandilyn is the Guest host for our Creative Color challenge. The inspiration for this month's challenge is Dee Bee Design's "Garden Whispers."

With this challenge we invite you to use this kit as inspiration to create additional elements and papers that coordinate with this kit and expand it. Sandi has helped get the ball rolling by creating a coordinating set of elements which she has named, "Sweet Whimsy." You can download that kit by visiting the Guild thread. (You will also find some links to useful tutorials about element creation post in this thread!) This is Sandi's beautiful mini kit (and it can be yours by participating in this challenge!)

Create your own set of elements to coordinate with Garden Whispers, using the color swatches which are in the download with "Sweet Whimsy" OR Use Sweet Whimsy (along with Garden Whispers if you'd like) to create a layout.

Post to the "Designer and CT Challenges" Gallery, and post a link in this thread so we can all admire your artwork! This challenge runs until September 15th. I can't wait to see what you all come up with! Have fun!
